Lovely garden view room, perfect for summer stays.
I was disappointed by the damp smell in the room, which lingered due to a leak that hadn't been properly addressed. Despite the heating being on full blast, the cold air from the outer door and windows made it quite uncomfortable. The location was tricky to find.

I would recommend the place. Had a comfortable stay for one night. The hotel was in an excellent location, to stay at Debbie's Digs due to a delay at the Eurotunnel. Moreover, it was so close to which was a bird haven, the centre of the city and the channel tunnel.

I had a boss stay! Debbie made me feel right at home and the breakfast was spot on – loads of fresh fruit and proper cooked food. Just wished there was better parking, but overall, dead sound place to stop over!

amazing, amazing, amazing
The breakfast was enormous, with fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, and croissants cooked to perfection. The comfortable bed in the Double Room with Garden View was a dream, complemented by a well-sized TV and perfect internet service. Debbie was an really good host, always accommodating our requests.

Oh, where to begin? The decor was so tired it practically begged for a retirement home, and the glass door on the room reminded me of a bad joke. Being treated like any ol' guest was a real disappointment when i expected better. Such a letdown when i anticipated some kind of special upgrade. Almost thought about a good review, but just couldn't.

perfectly situated for city strolls and park explorations
I enjoyed my stay with an easy walk to Victoria Park, just 500 meters away, and a good stroll to Conningbrook Lakes Country Park, about 3.5 km from the hotel, making it a great base for someone like me who loves exploring and enjoying nature.

Warm hospitality, improved with a cozy, spacious room with lovely decor. The breakfast was nothing short of indulgent, with a amazing array of fresh options, including fruits and croissants. Despite the quiet location, it was sometimes tricky to find, and parking was limited. The inviting atmosphere and personal touches from the host made up for any minor inconveniences.
